As a successful former professional rugby union player with Leicester Tigers and England back in the nineties, Steve Hackney was something of a perfectionist. He was used to working with systems to improve his skills. So when he began his mentoring, coaching and consulting career, he collected and logged every successful strategy and tactic he ever used to help grow his and his clients' businesses.
He created his own end-to-end business system for small and medium sized businesses ('The POWER Marketing System') and sold it all over the world in 46 different countries. It was this system that attracted his now business partner Peter Finlay as Peter had an idea for a new business. Using Steve's system, they went on to build and eventually sell Europe's largest franchise consultancy before going on to develop the world's largest marketing and coaching network for small accounting firms.
